Privacy policy
MEGAPARK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법, Korea), in order to protect users’ personal data and to handle related grievances promptly.
This is a reference translation of the Korean original. If there is any difference in interpretation, the Korean text prevails.
1. Personal data we process, and the purposes
The Company’s website can be used without creating an account, and we collect the minimum information necessary only in the cases below.

While the service is in use, your access IP address and the date and time of access may be recorded automatically for security and to prevent misuse. Visit statistics count only page views by date and page, and do not identify individuals.
2. Retention and use period
We keep the data for 3 years after the inquiry or request has been handled, and then destroy it without delay. If a user requests deletion, we destroy the data immediately. However, where the relevant statutes require retention, we keep the data for that period.
3. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide users’ personal data to third parties. Cases where a statute specifically provides otherwise are the exception.
4. Outsourcing of processing
To operate the service, the Company may entrust server hosting and email delivery to outside providers. Where processing is entrusted, we disclose the provider and the scope of the work through this policy.
5. Destruction procedure and method
Personal data whose retention period has ended is deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible, and printed material is shredded or incinerated.
6. Users’ rights
Users may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, or suspension of its processing. If you make a request through the contact details below, we will act on it without delay.
7. Measures to ensure security

- Attachments are kept in non-public storage and can be downloaded only by administrators
- Management of records of access to personal data
8. Cookies
The website uses session cookies for security (CSRF protection) and for input convenience. A saved draft of a project request is held only in the user’s browser and is not transmitted to the Company. You can refuse cookie storage in your browser settings, but it may then be difficult to submit an inquiry.

10. Refusal of unauthorised email collection
We refuse the unauthorised collection of email addresses posted on this site by email-harvesting programs or other technical devices, and a violation may be punished under the Information and Communications Network Act (정보통신망법, Korea).
