The basic conditions for using the MEGAPARK Co., Ltd. website.
This is a reference translation of the Korean original. If there is any difference in interpretation, the Korean text prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (hereinafter “the Site”) operated by MEGAPARK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”), together with the rights and obligations of the Company and of users.
Article 2 (Service)
The Site provides information about the Company, about AI and SI consulting and our solutions, a portfolio, news, and features for project requests, inquiries, demo requests, the provision of materials and the AI readiness self-check. It can be used without creating an account.
Article 3 (Copyright in posted material)
Copyright in the content of the Site — text, images, design, materials and the like — belongs to the Company or to the rightful holder. It may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, altered or used commercially without the Company’s permission.
Article 4 (Obligations of users)
- Users shall not enter false information or another person’s information when making an inquiry or a request.
- Users shall not obstruct the operation of the Site or send large volumes of requests by automated means.
- Users shall not attach files containing malicious code.
Article 5 (Results of the self-check)
The result of the AI readiness self-check is reference information calculated from the user’s answers; it does not guarantee the actual effect or cost of adoption. Precise details are confirmed through a consultation.
Article 6 (Changes to and suspension of the service)
The Company may change the content of the Site as required for operational or technical reasons, or suspend it temporarily for maintenance.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not liable for damage arising from acts of God, causes attributable to the user, or the content of external sites (demo sites excepted).
Article 8 (Personal data)
Matters concerning the processing of personal data are governed by the privacy policy.
Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be resolved in the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법, Korea).
