The challenge
Consultations were handled in a messenger, classes in Excel and billing in a separate program, so the same information was entered several times over.
What we did
Building on EDUTRIO, we delivered consultations and enrollment, classes and attendance, billing and refunds, and the parent app as one system. Class assignment and make-up class rules were custom-built around how the academy runs.

- A lead board that runs from the consultation note through to enrollment
- Refund calculation to the statutory rule (Korean Private Institute Act)
